Company: PROMFREE LLC, identification number in the Entrepreneurial Register of Georgia: 445849486, Georgia (hereinafter — the Licensor).
This Software License (hereinafter — the License) grants the user (the Licensee) the right to use the Service software on the terms set out below.
1. Subject of the License
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, paid license to use the Service software (web version and mobile application) within the territory of Georgia and other countries where the Service is available.
2. Scope of rights
The Licensee has the right to:
- Use the Service to post a profile, respond to orders, communicate with other users, and receive/provide services.
- Use the functionality of the personal account in accordance with the Agreement.
3. Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
- Copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service software.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of the Agreement.
- Transfer the license to third parties without the written consent of the Licensor.
- Use the Service for mass spam distribution or automated data collection without permission.
4. Term of the License
The License is granted for the term of the Agreement for Specialists and Organizations. Upon termination of the Agreement, the right to use the Service ceases.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service software, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property, belong to the Licensor or its partners.
The Licensee acquires no rights to the software other than the right of use in accordance with this License.
6. Liability
The Licensor is not liable for any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of Georgia.
7. Final provisions
This License is part of the Agreement for Specialists and Organizations and is governed by the legislation of Georgia.
All disputes are considered by the courts of Batumi, Georgia.
