Company: PROMFREE LLC, identification number in the Entrepreneurial Register of Georgia: 445849486, Georgia (hereinafter — the Company).
These Rules define which goods and services may not be offered or requested on the Service, and the rules for sharing contact details. The Rules form an integral part of the Agreement for Specialists and Organizations and the Service Use Agreement (for Clients).
1. Scope
The Rules apply to all texts a user publishes on the Service: profile and role profiles (including name, “about me”, skills), portfolio (works, experience, achievements, diplomas and certificates), services (including packages and FAQ), orders, responses, work results, cancellation reasons, reviews and replies to reviews, and dispute correspondence.
2. Prohibited goods and services
It is prohibited to offer, request, advertise or facilitate the following, including through slang, abbreviations or euphemisms:
- narcotic drugs, psychotropic and other psychoactive substances and their precursors; drug “drops”, cultivation of drug-containing plants;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices, their manufacture or modification without the permits required by law;
- sexual services, escort, pornographic materials and webcam services;
- forged documents: diplomas, identity documents, driving licences, certificates, seals, etc.;
- hacking of accounts and systems, carding, cash-out and money laundering, “money mules”, phishing and DDoS attacks for hire;

3. What is not a violation
Subject to the laws of Georgia, the following are not prohibited, among others: services related to cryptocurrencies and their exchange; gambling activities permitted by law; legal assistance, including criminal defence; addiction treatment; firearms licensing and engraving; medical services provided by licensed specialists; security testing with the system owner’s consent; education and tutoring.
4. Contact details
Communication and deals between Clients and Specialists take place through the Service. Published texts must not contain phone numbers, email addresses, links to websites or social media profiles, usernames or other ways to get in touch outside the Service, nor invitations to move to third-party messengers, including in disguised form (numbers written in words, split into parts, with gaps).
Mentioning messengers, social networks or websites as the subject of work or a skill (e.g. “Telegram bot development”, “Instagram promotion”, “website creation”) is not a violation.
Exception: in dispute correspondence the parties may share contact details. The chat between a Client and the selected Specialist is not restricted by these Rules.
5. Enforcement
When a text is saved, the Service automatically checks it against these Rules, including by means of artificial intelligence technologies. If a violation is detected, the text is not saved and the user is shown the reason and the fragment to change. The text remains in the form and can be corrected.
Texts in dispute correspondence are not blocked; if signs of prohibited content are detected, the dispute is referred to moderation.
Automated checks can make mistakes. If you believe a text was blocked by mistake, please contact the Service support team.
In case of repeated or intentional violations, or attempts to circumvent the check, the Company may restrict access to the Service’s features or block the account. The Company may remove or hide previously published materials that violate the Rules.
6. Reporting a violation
If you find materials on the Service that violate these Rules, please report them using the complaint button or the support service.
7. Final provisions
