Rules on the Use of Recommendation Technologies

These Rules govern the use of recommendation technologies and profiling on the Service and are an integral part of the Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy.

The Company uses recommendation technologies to match relevant orders, Specialists, and services for users.

Recommendations are based on user profile data, order history, responses, ratings, and other data provided by the user or collected in the course of using the Service.

Profiling and recommendation technologies are carried out on the basis of:

• The user’s consent (upon registration and use of the Service).
• The Company’s legitimate interests (improving the quality of the Service, increasing the relevance of recommendations).
• The performance of the contract with the user.

The user has the right to:

• Receive information that their data is used for profiling.
• Receive information about the logic of automated decision-making.
• Object to profiling and recommendation technologies.
• Disable personalized recommendations in the personal account settings (where technically possible).

The Company does not use profiling to make decisions that may significantly affect the rights and freedoms of the user without their consent (in particular, with respect to special categories of data).

Recommendations are of an informational nature and do not guarantee the receipt of orders or services.

The Company reserves the right to change these Rules. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Service.

These Rules are integrated into the Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy.
