I voluntarily give PROMFREE LLC (identification number 445849486, Georgia, Batumi, Giorgi Leonidze St., N 4, building N2, floor 6, apartment N75) explicit consent to the processing of my biometric data — a photograph of an identity document and my selfie — to verify my identity and confirm that the account belongs to me.

I understand and agree that:

• verification is voluntary; without it I can use the Service in full, but without the «verified» badge;
• the photograph of the document and the selfie are used only to match the face with the document and to check the authenticity of the document; they are not shown to other users and are not transferred to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by law;
• the photograph of the document and the selfie are stored in encrypted form and deleted within 30 days after the verification decision is made; only the result of the check is retained (passed or not, date, document type, issuing country);
• I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to stepan@promfree.com from my account’s email address; after withdrawal, the data is deleted and the «verified» badge is removed; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to it;
• detailed information about the processing of my data and about my rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.
