Expert in optimizing remote/hybrid/office team performance and establishing high-trust delivery cultures. Usual frameworks for me are Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Specialized in bridging the gap between technical execution and business value through systems thinking and strategic communication. Currently I was owning talent retention and organisational development initiatives, including the design of leadership bootcamps and internal corporate training programs for senior technical roles. Also working with L&D creating new courses, workshops and from the start of the idea to the creating learning strategy, finding course trainers, creating new internal learning platform, creating courses etc.
